Fully Programmable Kiln:
- Programmatic Kilns include an easy to set "Perfect Fire" or "Dyna-Trol" digital indicating program controls.
    - Set for instant start or delayed start for up to 39 hours, 59 minutes for Perfect Fire Control or up to 99 hours, 99 minutes for Dyna-Trol.
    - Set variable heat rise for slow to fast heat rise.
    - Set for cut-off of kiln for instant cut-off, at desired cone temperature equivalent or set for a variable "soak" at temperature at end of which the kiln will shut off. Thermocouple failure shuts off kiln.

Important Secondary Control:
- For safer operation, a separate over-temperature control is included in Programmatic Kilns. Set at one or two cones higher than the Program Control. In the unlikely event of failure of the controls, the power to the kiln is shut off upon maturing of this secondary control cone.

Dyna Grow Element Holders:

- Included are the famous "Dyna Grow" element holders.These are special hard, high temperature cordierite and silicon carbide that are especially designed to hold the elements securely in place, preventing expensive element escape from the grooves as occurs in some competitive makes. This adds up to safer and less expensive operation.

2350 °F - CONE 10 - 1287 °C:
- Hot enough to fire stoneware and porcelain. Plenty of power to get to cone 10 ! The Davinci kilns have more watts per square inch of interior than is normally designed into ceramic kilns. They are meant for production !

Firebrick Hardened With Special Facing:
- Finest quality 2-1/2" thick firebrick. Firebrick has reflective ceramic coating - reduces dusting, aids brick life and increase operating efficiency and uniformity.

Stainless Steel Case For Long Corrosion Life:

Galvanized Steel Stand:
- Galvanized steel resists corrosion at high temperatures. There is a full heavy metal plate under the kiln for full support of the bottom.

Choice of Voltage:
- 240, 208 or 220 volts, 1 or 3 phase (Elements are specifically designed for different voltages). Note: 220 volts is for oversea export. 480 volts is available on most models as a special option.

Standard Features On Automatic Kilns
- DynaTrol Program Control With Dynamic Zone Control : The automatic Davinci kilns will fire to within better than 1/2 a cone top to bottom automatically with no manual adjustments. The DynaTrol features four "Easy Fire" factory preset programs and six separate "Vary Fire" programs that you control.
